The information on this Website is merely to provide information on the present facilities and activities at the theme park, water park and hotel called “Imagicaa THEME PARK“, “Imagicaa WATER PARK” and “NOVOTEL Imagicaa” respectively and the rules and regulations prescribed for use of the facilities made available therein The User is bound and responsible for use of any services provided on the Website, including reviews, and is subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services, which form an integral part of these Terms of Use. Certain information on the Website, at times, may be incorrect and Imagicaadoes not provide any express or implicit guarantee as to its correctness. Imagicaareserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the information at any time and in particular when up-dating or for maintenance purposes of the Website. The User shall be responsible to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that the User expressly accepts and agrees to the changes. Imagicaagrants such User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to use the Website.

Services and Payment While utilising any of the payment methods available on the Website, Imagicaadoes not assume responsibility or liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damage that may arise directly or indirectly to the User due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by the User and his “Bank/s”, or
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases / services on Website by the User shall only be accepted in Indian Rupees.
While placing an order / accepting delivery of an order, the User must provide supporting valid photo ID document to establish the ownership of the order as also identity of the person making the payment, if any, for safe online shopping environment to Users.

Cancellations / Refunds Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellatons are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
No refunds are admissible on cancellation or alteration of vehicle bookings and addons.

Breach In case of breach of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or other rules and regulations, Imagicaamay limit activity of the User, immediately remove his information, warn other Users of his actions, temporarily / indefinitely suspend or terminate or block his membership, and / or refuse the User access to the Website, in addition to the other remedies available to Imagicaaunder the law, or Imagicaa failure to verify or authenticate any information provided by the User; or if it is believed that actions of the User may cause legal liability for him, other users or Imagicaa. Imagicaamay, at any time, in its sole discretion reinstate access to suspended User/s. A User who has been suspended or blocked may not register or attempt to re-register or use this Website in any manner whatsoever until such time that such user’s access is reinstated by Imagicaa. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Imagicaa reserves the right to recover any amounts due and unsettled by the User, if any, and take strict legal action including referring such matter to the appropriate police or other authorities for initiating criminal or other proceedings against the User.

Indemnity The User shall indemnify and hold harmless Imagicaa, Imagicaa Theme Park, Imagicaa Water Park, Novotel Imagicaa its owner, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand or actions, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of breach of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by him, or violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party or any other User.

Applicable Law This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

Copyright complaint Imagicaavalue others’ intellectual property. In case the User finds that his work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, he may please write to Imagicaa contactus@imagicaaworld.com.

Risk of loss All items purchased on the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the User upon delivery to the carrier.

What are the filming restrictions at Imagicaa?

Certain rides and areas have filming restrictions. Below are all the filming details

Can I submit more than one reel?
No, each participant can submit only one reel for the contest.
What are the prizes?
The first-place winner across all themes will receive ₹75,000, a trophy, and a certificate.
The runner-up will get ₹25,000, a trophy, and a certificate.
When is the deadline for submission?
All reels must be posted and submitted on October 20, 2024, to be eligible for the contest.
How will the winners be selected?
Imagicaa Management will judge reels on creativity, originality, and alignment with the chosen theme. Winners will be announced on November 10, 2024. The management's decision is final and binding.
Do I need to visit Imagicaa to participate?
Yes, visiting Imagicaa is required to create your reel for the contest.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be announced on our official Instagram page on November 10, 2024, and contacted directly.
Is there an entry fee for the contest?
No, there is no entry fee to participate in the contest.
On your visit day to Imagicaa, You will receive a free Express access ticket to Theme Park for yourself + one guest and a buffet lunch for both.
Any additional person accompanying you must purchase a park ticket as per prevailing rates. We recommend pre-booking tickets on the website for them & avail the benefits of online offers & discounts.
What if my Instagram account is private?
Your account must be public so we can view and judge your entry. Private account entries will not be considered
Can I participate if I’ve won a contest at Imagicaa before?
Yes, previous winners are welcome to participate again.

No, collaborations are not allowed for this contest.
Are there any restrictions on the length of the reel?
Your reel must adhere to Instagram’s standard reel length of up to 90 seconds.
What if I don’t have a large following on Instagram? Can I still win?
Yes, the contest is judged on creativity, originality, and theme alignment, so everyone has an equal chance to win. As long as you are an influencer with 5k+ followers, your entries will be considered.
Will my reel be featured on Imagicaa’s official social media channels?
Selected reels may be featured on our official social media channels for added exposure.
What happens if there is a tie between participants?
In case of a tie, judges will consider additional factors like originality to determine the final winner.
Can I participate if I don’t live near Imagicaa?
Yes, but you must travel to Imagicaa to create your reel.
How will I receive my prizes if I win?
Imagicaa’s team will contact winners to instruct about prize collection.
Can I promote my reel on other platforms besides Instagram?
Yes, but only the Instagram post with the contest hashtags will be considered.
What will be provided to the participants during their visit to Imagicaa?
You will receive Express entry access to Imagicaa Theme Park for yourself + one guest, along with a buffet lunch for both.
Can I delete my reel after posting it?
Deleting your reel may result in blacklisting from all future collaborations with ImagicaaWorld Parks.
What may cause an influencer to be blacklisted?
Influencers who fail to post their reel as required may be blacklisted from future collaborations with ImagicaaWorld Parks.
Are there any rules regarding the content of the reels?
Reel content must be related to the theme you’ve chosen. Apart from this, reels must follow Instagram’s community guidelines and avoid offensive or inappropriate content.
Can my reel include branded content or sponsorships?
Reels should focus on the Imagicaa experience. Including external branded content or sponsorships may lead to disqualification.
Can I visit an official site to check all the contest details?

Can I bring more than one person with me to Imagicaa for the contest?
