Things to do with the Family

There are several attractions and rides for your children to enjoy at Imagicaa. With a wide selection of interactive shows like Detective Bow Wow, thrill rides like Mambo Chai Chama, unique attractions such as I for India, and water based attractions, your child will be spoiled for choice. Look out for ‘Kid-friendly’ icons on-ground for attractions that are specifically Built for Kids (like the perennial favourite, Tubbby Takes Off).

Lounge Facilities

Located next to Roberto’s in the Theme Park and Ammos at the Water Park, we have lounge facilities for all mothers who wish to relax and feed their infants in peace.

Changing Stations

We have changing stations at all women’s restrooms at the Theme Park.

Baby Switch
A unique service for the first time in India for parents with young kids; one parent queues and can ride select attractions while the other stays with the children – then the second parent can ride the attractions without queueing.
Please speak to our staff at the entrance to Baby Switch eligible rides for more information. Baby Switch is available at the Theme Park for these rides

Safety for the Children

The safety of every person in Imagicaa is of primary importance to us. Keeping the safety of our young guests in mind, every ride has certain height and weight restrictions which are strictly adhered to.
We have an on-call doctor and first aid kits available, if needed.
In case your child is lost, kindly inform our staff members and they will guide you to the closest lost & found kiosk.

Stroller Facilities

Strollers are available for rent for your little ones. They can be rented from the retail store area; subject to availability. The Strollers can be hired with a minimum deposit that would be refundable on return of the stroller.

Meal Options and Services

We have an array of scrumptious meal options at various restaurants at Imagicaa Theme Park, Water Park and Snow Park. Visit our restaurants and kiosks across the Parks for more details.
While outside food is not allowed at the park, mothers with small toddlers are allowed to bring food for those who have special dietary needs.
We have high seats available to make our young guests feel comfortable. Please speak to our restaurant staff to request for one.
If you or your child has allergies of any kind, please speak with our Executive Chef, so we can create a meal matching your requirements.

You can buy a new Magic Pass to enjoy all the benefits, as it cannot be renewed once it expires.

Yes, simply pay the difference between the park’s regular ticket and Magic Pass to upgrade.

Yes, you can upgrade your Magic Pass regular access to an Express ticket by paying the nominal park-specific upgrade fee

If the Magic Pass goes missing or is stolen, it can be reissued for a fee of ₹200.

Magic Pass does not allow access to third party attractions and cannot be availed to purchase any MRP food and beverage items
