Could not do Bump it Boat! ride as it was under maintenance but other than that all rides were great.

I think what led to experience being multifold at Imagica was my decision to choose VIP package for us (me and spouse). Firstly along with rides, lunch and dinner was in-house, secondly we had good usher Ms. Sakshi who helped us wherever required, solved all our queries and was courteous and polite. Thirdly, till the end of our visit we were not at all tired because of the buggy service provided throughout. Lastly, to keep these wonderful memories with us, we also got options to buy merchandise and keep photos as souvenirs.

Overall, this VIP package is a great combination of all benefits where one get to enjoy all the offerings of the theme park within the limited time and that too without feeling exhaustive.

I would specially like to mention about one incident, today my wife lost one of her Gold earring during Scream Machine ride, we informed to the supporting staff about it and they were very much supportive in our search, when we were unable to find it the staff took my contact details and assured me to keep looking for it and to return if the find the earring, we then left the area and moved ahead and to our great luck today, we received the call within an hour from one of the staff member informing me that they found the jewellery nearby ride area and asked me to collect it, after some formalities the staff returned me the lost item.

Although we had great experience with the staff throughout the premises but I would specially like to mention and thank few staff members who helped us in our search.

Thank you all for your sincere and genuine efforts.

Jayesh from the Security team immediately came and analyzed the situation. Security team switched on the lights and the team (Jayesh Palande, Deepak Angre, Swapnil Surwanshi, Nitin Salunke, Ravi Dumna) guided and helped us in replacing the tyre. Within 30-40 min tyre issues got fixed and then the Security team ensured our trouble-free departure.
They all were Super Hero for that moment and raised the Customer Care mark very high.
