Imagicaa VIP Packages offer an enhanced Theme Park experience, including unlimited express access to select rides, front-of-the-line access to shows, and unlimited buffet meals.

VIP Package includes the best offerings i.e. unlimited express access to popular rides, priority seating at shows, unlimited dining options, and a complimentary photo souvenir.

You can purchase VIP Packages exclusively online through the Imagicaa website only

VIP Package is a limited capacity exclusive package available per day and open for online bookings to those wish to opt for it, subject to availability.

VIP Package entitles you access to entire park ride offerings with unlimited express and priority (front-of-the-line) access to select few

No reservations are necessary for the buffet meals included in the VIP Packages; just display your VIP wristband at the entrance of the dining locations and enjoy endlessly

You can redeem your photo souvenir at designated souvenir booths in the park by presenting your VIP Package.

Yes! The VIP Package is valid on your day of your visit to Imagicaa Theme Park only.

VIP Package is non-transferable and benefits can only be used by the individual who purchased the VIP package offer.

Buffet Lunch T&C –

  • For Buffet Lunch coupon will be valid only at Imagicaa Capital
  • Timings : 01.00pm to 04.00pm
  • Offer valid only for the day the coupon is issued. This coupon will be valid for one person only & for one time use only.
  • No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this coupon
  • Coupons is non-transferable, non-returnable.
  • Replacement will not be issued in case of the coupon lost or misplace.
  • In case of any Misunderstanding or conflict, the decision of IMAGICAAWORLD management will be treated as final

Dinner T&C –

  • For Ala carte Dinner coupon will be valid only at Roberto’s, Zeze
  • Timings : 06.30pm to 08.30pm
  • We are serving Complementary Glass of Beer (300ml) OR any one mocktail During the dinner time only 
  • Offer valid only for the day the coupon is issued. This coupon will be valid for one person only & for one time use only.
  • No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this coupon
  • Coupons is non-transferable, non-returnable
  • Replacement will not be issued in case of the coupon lost or misplace.

Buggy T&C –

  • Buggy Service is on hop-on and hop-off basis till 6:30 pm
  • Every guest must wear the Buggy wristband. Guest without the wristband will not be allowed to board.

Merchandise T&C –

  • Merchandise Voucher will only be available to redeem on Imagicaa branded merchandise
  • In case user spends lower than voucher value balance cannot redeemed in cash
  • If the purchase value exceeds the voucher value then guest will have to pay the balance amount
  • Not allowed to redeem against candies or chocolates
  • Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable.
  • Incase of the Voucher damaged/Stolen or Lost, Imagicaa  will not be responsible for the replacement or compensation or misuse
  • No two offers can be clubbed together
  • Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed
  • Imagicaa reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice

Photo Souvenir T&C –

  • Redeem at Delightful Memories/Sugar Buzz Store at Theme park
  • Photo Hard Copy to be provided 1 hour after the photo has been clicked and selected
  • No Change or Cash can be taken in exchange of this Voucher
  • Coupons should be validated to ensure all photographs are ascertained at the time of leaving the park
  • Photography is done on best effort basis and output of the same is subject to capture and storage conditions
  • Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable.
  • Kindly retain coupons provided by Photographers and ensure that you verify your photographs
  • Incase of the Voucher damaged/Stolen or Lost, Imagicaa will not be responsible for the replacement or compensation or misuse
  • Tickets directly bought at the Park are priced higher
  • Select your desired visit date while doing the transaction.
  • In case of guest do not adhere to safety measures at the Park, Imagicaa holds the right of admission or to expel the guest from the Park premises for safety of all guests and employees without sighting any further reasons or explanations
  • On successful payment, guest will receive a booking confirmation with booking details within 24 hours
  • Guests will need to show the booking details email at Park admission to avail the entry
  • Guests will be required to show their valid government ID card for booking confirmation and entry to the park during the day of visit
  • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation charges of 25% of the bookings will be applicable
  • Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
  • Any Refund requested will be processed subject to non-redemption within 10 Business days from receipt of requests.
  • Request for visit date change will have to be intimated at least 48 hours prior to the date booked for. Charges for the same will be onwards of ₹199* for Theme Park and ₹99* for Waterpark (plus applicable taxes).   • If shortlisted, carry a valid Government-issued ID card that matches the name on their registration form.
  • Theme Park express tickets and buffet lunch at Imagicaa Capital Restaurant for you + 1 additional person will be provided
  • Entries that follow all the rules will be considered. Failure to comply will result in a ban from all future collaborations.
  • Reels posted and submission categories will be cross-verified
  • You can film a reel for any one submission category. Repeat Entries will not be considered.
  • Any entries made by fake/dummy accounts will not be considered.
  • Only reels will be considered official entries
  • Private account entries will not be considered
  • Reel/Video duration should be up to 90 seconds in duration
  • You DON’T need to invite @imagicaaworld to collaborate on reels.
  • Always tag @imagicaaworld in posts, and do not tag any other brands in the same post.
  • If needed, ride names must be copied from the official website.
  • Videos must be of high resolution.
  • Ensure that on the day of posting (20th October 2024), the reel link and video file are uploaded on the Reel Submission Form on the same day. This form is open for 24 hours only.
  • The brand reserves the right to use the content across its digital platforms, provided it adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Participation certificates must be collected at the ticketing counter during your park visit.

Yes, simply pay the difference between the park’s regular ticket and Magic Pass to upgrade.

Yes, you can upgrade your Magic Pass regular access to an Express ticket by paying the nominal park-specific upgrade fee

If the Magic Pass goes missing or is stolen, it can be reissued for a fee of ₹200.

Magic Pass does not allow access to third party attractions and cannot be availed to purchase any MRP food and beverage items
